Excellent service and staff! Bathrooms were okay but the floor felt like thin gauge sheet metal so shook when stepped on. Rooms had great views but were tiny and it was a challenge to set out my large luggage.

My second stay within the week at this hotel was much improved. No issue with my reserved room and I was able to pre-select a preferred artist room. These rooms are not only original and artistic, but also more renovated. The view of Tokyo Tower and Mt Fuji was lovely. Quite a different experience staying in these rooms. What’s more distinct was the services - the staff came across friendly and professional. Also enjoyed the welcome drinks at the bar which I missed the first time due to time spending on sorting out the room issues. Great location. Overall, this hotel could be lovely if they could maintain its service standard.

My first stay at this hotel was disappointing. The hotel was not able to offer the room on the floor that was in the reservation. What was truly shocking though was that the front desk assistant manager acted arrogantly and didn’t care to apologize for the inconvenience and the inability to fulfill the confirmed room per reservation. His attitude only changed when I inquired about speaking with someone else. Eventually, I was transferred to a room on a higher floor the following day. Btw, it does make a difference which floor you stay on. When you are ABOVE the 26th floor, you can see Mt. Fuji on a clear day. So when your reservation entitles you to a higher floor, don’t let it slip if they don’t keep up the promise and bully their customers.

The staff and service are outstanding and the hotel is beautiful with interesting artwork and displays. Rooms are cozy and clean but in need of a minor update. Location is fantastic as it is right on a major train station and steps away from restaurants and shops.

We found the park hotel, very convenient and comfortable. It was close to major metro stations and offered dining options nearby. We were able to walk to the gun shopping area, which was very convenient and although the hotel is located in a busy business district once inside things were very quiet And pleasant. We appreciated the free coffee, cappuccino, and tea, and enjoyed having the option of having a glass of beer or wine at a reasonable price.

It was great to see all the great art every night as you went to your room. It was a 10-minute walk to the Ginza line through the underground. The room was spacious and the views from the high floors were stupendous, there was no need to go to Tokyo Tower for the views of the city as we had a similar view from our room.

Cool art work through out. Close to subway but only one line. Room size is small but probably standard for Tokyo standard. Average price/performance for tokyo

Very good hotel
I really liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was very clean. I also liked their vending machine for sake and beer.

Art Throughout the Hotel
The art throughout the hotel was the most important interesting aspect and the reason to stay here. It's pricier than other hotels in Tokyo in more walkable neighborhoods. Good view from the lobby area.
