The staff and concierge was spectacular at this property; however, the room was a SAUNA. I was there in August and had an absolutely beautiful artist room facing the Tokyo Tower. Even keeping the curtains closed all day, the place was boiling. They brought fan up (great service), but the fan hardly blew any air even on the highest setting. It was very warm. The area (for my first visit in Japan) was also very dead. Close by to the train, but otherwise, no nightlife and the cocktail bars I did find were great, but dead empty.

Love this hotel. Easy get to from the airports, relatively central to anywhere you want to go in Tokyo. Terrific staff, very comfortable rooms with coffee and tea service and a fridge. Spotlessly clean and good amenities.

The hallway on the 33rd floor smelled absolutely horrendous. And no effort was made to improve the conditions. The main selling point of the hotel is the art exhibits on each floor but the stench of the hallway prevents discourages you from spending any time examining the art.

Great hotel!! A little hard to find as the lobby is on the 25th floor of a big high rise. However, once you locate it, the hotel is lovely. Rooms are specious and clean, the bed was very large and comfortable. The hotel is located above a transit/train station so it makes commuting to different parts of Tokyo quite easy. We were traveling to Hakone during the typhoon and the staff were very helpful when figuring out train cancellations and arranging new train tickets. Would definitely stay here again.

Worth every penny.
The experience the staff created was royalty level. As soon as you reach reception you are greeted by all ready to take your luggage at the elevator and so you can freely check in. The whole time I felt they went out of their way to ensure service. Best location to a lot of activities.

Park Hotel Tokyo is one of the most unique and best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the incredible service at check-in, to the flexibility of their accommodations, the grand views outside and the delightful art on each floor, I was amazed at every Point. I would book here again with no hesitation. The rooms are bigger than most hotels in the city and they have lovely supplies. I loved everything about this place.

We loved staying here at the Park Hotel! When we arrived we got to pick out which of the art rooms we wanted - we picked the Bamboo room and it was beautiful. We loved the location, which was more quiet but still close and walkable to some attractions and very close to convenient public transportation. The hotel was like an art museum. The staff were very kind and helpful. Would recommend and would return!

Excellent hotel, in great location. We had artist room which are very cool and worth the extra. Easy to walk to local metro and train stations.
