My stay was disappointing. Upon arrival I was given a different room than the one requested and no explanation was given. I wanted a tub and ended up with a shower. The duvet on the bed was extremely uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The room itself was way smaller than what I had pictured. Breakfast was a bit upsetting also as they weren’t many options. The staff barely spoke to you and when approached looked as though you were bothering them.

There wasn't a thing that we didn't like. Everything was great. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very clean. We will definitely recommend & stay at Tru Hilton again.

Had a great time with my family and two dogs, the people are so nice,the breakfast was good. I just suggest what one hotel I went to did they had given a magnet the shape of a paw with the hotel name to indicate what room has a dog. And we kept it to remember what hotel are pet friendly thank you.
