The property is very close to local transport. Any problems are dealt with fast. property clean and safe. There are some small shops and takeaways close by.

Really bad comunications it took several attempts to get access details then to ge told they needed a deposit which i gave which took another several attempts to get details were to send deposit when eventually sorted had to wait a while again for access details again i am a buisness and probably book 600 hotels a year and this has been the worst ever for comunication ..and because we were a few mins late in handing back keys these people decided to keep our deposit never ever had this kind of treatment in all the hotels i have booked

Perfect for cheap work stay
Stayed here for 2 nights while working in the area. Found the place clean, warm, comfortable and very reasonably priced. Handy location for where I was working, so I’ll definitely be using them again 👍👍

The general appearance of the building was run down and shabby, some of the rooms had clothes and towels hanging on them visible on the landings. The shared bathroom can only be described as shocking empty toilet roll tubes around the toilet, the toilet had on several occasions dirt which could not be cleaned did you the lack of a toilet brush. My room had an old duster behind the chest of draws, the cupboard/ wardrobe had a camping chair and other items in it. The double glazing unit had condensation between the pains. I had to deposit a £50 deposit in case of damage caused. This should have rang alarm bells, I say in hotels every week as part of my work and have never been asked for this payment before. I have included pictures of the bathroom and the carpet in my bedroom. In conclusion of my review, this accommodation is not a hotel or apartments but a hostel at best. To charge £50 per night and the damage deposit can only be described as laughable for what is provided by the accommodation. Also at the time of writing this review I have enquired on how long it will take for the deposit to be returned.

Not recommended
No hot water or heating, Bed lumpy and uncomfortable, Room very basic and kitchen and utilities left in a mess by others. Smell of weed from one of other rooms on arrival. All in all the worst place i have stayed and would not recommend to anyone.
