Very nice

I had serval flight delays, that hinder my hotel arrival time which was a sat, next available flight was Monday plane arrival at 9 pm local. I would have wasted three days. I call the hotel the front desk receptionist was very understanding and empathetic to the situation. She then get me linked up with the regional manager to discuss a possible refund, he totally understood my issue with the flight and my booking was through a third party I might add which kind made things little sticky, but at his discretion he refunded me so that the third party booking agency could refund me back. I really appreciate their patience and dedication to make the brand a better brand and a choice of lodging, exceptional professional and customer service. We rebooked the next day and the choice was plan and simple we choose comfort in then and going forward.., keep up the good work

The staff is excellent, everyone is very nice and helpful. The rooms are nice but outdated, also no smart TVs which is strange for this day and age lol the resort property is gorgeous and very well kept, THE GHOST TOUR was ICONIC. Very fun and interesting ! I would definitely recommend this resort for anyone going to Williamsburg!
