NOT A FRIENDLY STAFF. THE HOUSEKEEPER OPENED OUR DOOR WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION. THE FIRE ALARM WAS ACTIVATED EARLY IN THE MORNING AND NOBODY EXPLAINS WHAT HAPPENED. THE HALLWAYS SMELLS LIKE A SENIOR HOME BUILDING. SAME ODOR IN THE BED SHEETS.

The pool looks really dirty. We paid for a king room, the heater was making weird sounds, so they moved us to an inferior two queen as none were available. How romantic 🙄 We are still waiting on a resolution. We loved our stay here in March 2024, this time didn't live up to our prior experience. It seems more rundown. Great location for shopping though. The hot breakfast wasn't bad.
