Good place to rest near the niagra falls
It was really fine. There was not such a good reception of WIFI and there was also a smell of gas which was a bit unpleasant, but the service was overall kind. The room had a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and outlets in sufficient quantity and the air conditioning was good. There was hot water in the shower and overall it was spacious.

You get what you pay for...
The shower looked like you should wear sandals in it while using. There were cob webs in many areas. A large spider above one bed. The room smelled like it was sprayed down with cologne right before we entered. I felt itchy the next day and was paranoid about bugs.

They had big cockroaches the shelve on the wall fall down almost hit my daughter the neighborhood was nice but to my surprise this place I heard another guest couldn’t lock their door as we were standing outside a fly flew right in a hole in the door hole in door than when I told the owner/ manager they didn’t care no concerns about my complaint I will never go there again beware of this reviews seems good but I guess it was lies it’s alright if you are homeless

I’m not sure what room they used for photos but it looks nothing like the photos. I don’t expect perfection from a motel but I do expect cleanliness. There were cigarette burn holes on the bedding. Threadbare carpets with mystery stains. Peeling water stained wallpaper. Very unclean in general. Squished fly guts on the bathroom door and I don’t want to know what kind of stains on the walls. Not worth the high cost to stay one night.

The bathroom floor, walls, and radiator were not well maintained. It was hard to imagine they were clean when they were in such bad shape. The bathroom window was fully open without a screen, possibly inviting small animals in. I am disappointed that Orbitz would offer accommodations of such low quality.

This was the worst place i have ever been. The property didn’t have hot water. Super dirty blankets with cigarette hole.can’t even sit on the bathroom it was that congested. I stated there 3 nights 2 nights with not hot water. And I had to fight for hot water. The owner was lier. He intentionally turned off the boiler. When I complained he said no one else has problem why do you have problem. Very rude and disrespectful. Can’t explain how disappointing and disgusting it was.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel was extremely unsanitary. There was mold all over the the ceiling of the rest room, in the shower, wall paper, and AC unit. Pictures can be provided. Stains on the floor, walls, trim, furniture, and the bed comforter. This was the most disgusting hotel we have ever experienced. We did not end up staying in this hotel. After quickly deeming this hotel uninhabitable, we immediately returned to the "office" returned the room key and requested a refund. When confronting the owner and requesting a refund, the owner started yelling at me that I had already complained yesterday and then stayed in the hotel for one night still; mistaking me for another customer that had previously complained of the conditions. I was refused a refund from the owner but there was still no way we were staying in that place! Ultimately, DO NOT STAY HERE!

I understand that there is all about the fee, but a place likee this, shouldn't be in the list, very poor condition, holes in the walls, bathroom, NOT recommended at all. DIDN'T LET ME ADD PICTURES, but I have.

PROS: Our price range. Clean very comfortable beds. Close to relatives. Microwave and Fridge. CONS: 1 towel, bathmat, 2 washclothes for 2 people for 6 nights. No hotwater half the time. No housekeeping or trash pickup in our room entire 6 days. We took our trash (food containers,etc) out and used our own bags for trash. Had to wipe out microwave and fridge upon arrival. Very little lighting in room. This hotel would be ideal for budget minded trips with a few small upgrades. I also want to mention that there were no bugs of any kind as we checked upon arrival and departing. I would stay here again if we had the few added items like towels, hot water and extra plastic trash bags.
