Half the outlets in our room did not work, one of the beds was broken and we reported it and it never got fixed in the four days we stayed there. Also, half the lights would not turn on. Why did we have two microwaves but only three packs of coffee for a four day stay? No housekeeping came during our stay to remove the trash or provide new towels/toiletpaper. The broken bed also had part of the metal frame sticking out which was unable to be seen at first and I cut myself on it. Overall would not recommend and it was not a fun stay.

The place is huge but we ended up staying by the golf rooms which we didn’t know was unattached and away from everything with the building being very neglected. Only plus is that the kids really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor water parks with a number of different slides a tiny outdoor wave pool and an indoor lazy river with occasional waves. Most suitable for younger kids only 13 and under in my opinion.

When we first arrived, we asked if the hotel room (loft) that we reserved was handicap (meaning Wheelchair) accessible, they yes, it is but when we got to our room, we found out that the bathroom was yes handicap accessible but not wheelchair accessible. Went outside the room and by chance there was a worker there, told them of our situation and he made a call to someone at the front desk and explained our situation. We received a phone call from the front desk stating that they would upgrade us to fit our needs. (I was expecting with this wonderful upgrade there would have been some kind of up charge) NOT at all. They upgraded us to a condo where we had more than enough room!!! Along with our stay the staff there were very helpful! We will definitely be back.

It wasn’t bad and a lot of the reviews scared me. What they don’t tell you is that many of the condos are private owned. I did not partake in the water park but the amenities were great for our family

The area of the resort that we stayed in was the oldest and needs updating. We did have a beautiful view of the river. The waterpark and pools shut down at 7pm so plan accordingly. Staff was friendly

El cuarto tenía arañas no estaba limpio y se escucha el ruido de los otros cuartos , no dormimos nada había gente a las 3:30 am con fiestas y haciendo mucho escándalo

I really wanted to love it, but there were some things in the villa that needed attention/repair. For example, some bathroom tiles that were not attached and were coming off. Also, the metal frame of the fireplace fell off when my son bumped into it and hit him in the head. Two other things that were a little inconvenient but we dealt with it were that there were only two chairs and the room occupancy is for like 8 people and there is only one bathroom, again for 8 people.
