Very old even though there has been an attempt to upgrade. The smell of the cleaning product or the room deodorizer they use smells so awful that we couldn’t hardly breathe. We opened our door to air it out but the smell would not dissipate. We had to cover our faces to sleep because the smell was so pungent you could taste it, just horrible.

Hotel was dirty room and not updated, paint was peeling off the walls, floor has not been mopped. This was a three night stay, during the day on night two I had to go back to my room and my key card didn’t work(upon checking they sally programmed the key for a one night stay and it was scheduled for three) I went to the front desk and after 15 min of standing there I called the main number, no answer so I went to the restaurant inside the hotel and a kind waitress was able to get someone to the front desk. Altogether I wasted 30 min because no one was at the front desk. Upon checkout, today, again no one was at the desk, after two minutes I left. Thankfully it was just me and not my family. I would NEVER stay here with my wife and three kids.

My brother and I stayed here in room 273 on the second floor. Immediately the room didn't set off any red flags. Then we started living in it for the night. The bathroom doorknob was falling off so I had to get tools from my truck to tighten the screws so neither of us got stuck in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Then I turned on the heater and the smell that came from that unit was like someone let their cat pee on their clothes for a week and set them on fire afterwards. I turned off the heater and had to live with that horrible smell and freeze all night. The room itself wasn't properly cleaned either. Looks like they just replaced all the disposable things and made the beds. The sheets don't look dirty as far as I could tell. When I booked a Ramada I was expecting a lot better than this. If I had another option I would've canceled and gone there instead if I knew it was going to be like this. Not to mention the EV chargers I would have to make an account and pay for unlike other hotels that offer them with the room. WANT A REFUND!

Last chance for this hotel!!!
I made sure hotel was aware of my husband's needs with his traumatic brain injury. Don't know why I wanted my time, as hotel was not able to accommodate one issue that I requested!!!!! Then when we settled in to the suite, the TV's DID NOT WORK!!! THIS WAS EXTREMELY STRESSFUL FOR US! Front desk/maintenance could not help work anything! Told us to turn off and if the again. This stay was the 2nd chance. Will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. REQUESTING REFUND!!!

Our stay was adequate. The toilet seat in our bathroom fell off the toilet the first time one of my kids went to lift the lid. It was not at all attached and we only stayed one night so we didn’t really have time to deal with it with management.

Going down Hill Quickly
We always stayed here wherever we visited North Platt. But never again. We were put in a room where the pool was visible out the window. The hallway leading to our room was trashy. The toilet had a brown ring in it and brown on the bottom where it has not been cleaned. The back of the sink had not been cleaned either. Now onto breakfast. This place always had a good hot meal. Today, we got there at 6:40am. Breakfast started at 6am. The eggs, sausage and hash browns were luke warm at best. The orange and apple juice machine did not work. The decaf coffee was a very light I think brown and the milk was half frozen. Asked the front desk for 2 makeup wipes for my wife and he said that he didn't have any. And lastly, while construction is going on the other side from where our room was, I noticed 3 Ocha violations.This place has went down hill since we started staying there 6 years ago. Big Time. "ALF"
