Lacked operational outlets. Bathroom exhaust fan loud like an airplane, and it comes on every time you turn on the the bathroom light. TV clarity lacking. Shower floor like a sponge. No internet in the room.

Our stay was off to a bad start at check in when told the only Wi-Fi was in the foyer. Then it was a step back in time to find the room did not have a fridge or a micro wave. There were two ice machines, but only one was working. The one that was working did provide enough ice. Noise from the room above was quite annoying including being able to hear their voices. The bed was very comfortable. The no Wi-Fi, fridge and micro wave for us really let the property down, which had nice rooms and an excellent swimming pool.

Newly remodeled interior hallways. Room was updated. Very clean. Comfortable bed, pillows, and towels. We had great WiFi in our room. Highly recommend. We will stay here again, if in the area.

A motel in the middle of an empty sad soulless town. A perfect gateway to see Monument Valley. No wifi. It’s not that it didn’t work. They don’t have it. No mini fridge in room. Limited tv. Spartan

Monument Valley stop over
This hotel is in is a great location for spending the day at Monument Valley, approx 30 minutes to main attraction & tours. It looks as though the hotel has undergone extensive maintenance and is a very comfortable & clean stopover for a couple of nights. Room has to & coffee making facility and the beds very comfortable. A little dark with minimal lighting but I believe this is standard for the area. Pool was good, warm & clean.Only thing I would say was negative was the restaurant was closed, although at the back end of the season there are a lot of rooms booked. This doesn’t deter though as there are a couple of restaurants within 5 minute walk. I gave a medium store for staff as although helpful a little smile would go a long way. Check in 3pm is strictly adhered too, we arrived at 2:25 & told we had to wait, wouldn’t let us use the pool while waiting and no option to buy a drink of any kind, we had to go over to the town shops for the half hour. Take note this is a totally dry area as the hotel is on an Indian reservation and there is no alcohol sold anywhere!!!

No Internet, Loud A/C, no amenities. Slow service in restaurant - it had a coffee bar, wait staff were busy serving customers their "fu-fu" coffee and ignored restaurant customers - we left without breakfast

There was no refrigerator or microwave. The TV signal and picture was bad. The room was sweltering when we arrived, because the climate control was off. It took an hour to the cool the room down. Other than that, check-in was quick and the view of the mesa was nice. Still, for $200 a night I expect more.
