A/C Not Working in Corner Rooms
I had a tough stay this trip. My A/C unit despite being set at 70 degress would not get any lower than 74. When I asked about it, a young woman at the desk said that she would sent someone but that "the corner rooms do that". She also let me know that they had my phone number and if it wasn't resolved, they would contact me so that I could change rooms. That was totally okay with me. I never heard during the day, yet when I cam back, it wasn't fixed. Disappointed to know that this appears to be a common issue based on "the corner rooms do that" yet no one reached out.
