I was given room 405 which has a rooftop HVAC above it and a large duct running through the room. The HVAC ran all night and the noise was so loud I felt like I was sleeping in a commercial boiler room. Do not accept room 405 as your room.

Cold water in the shower for long time need to wait like 15 min for hot water . At night water going down the pipes making so much noise could not sleep. Cleaning staff woke me up at 10am banging on my door

The hotel design is an open loft which means you hear what must be systems all night long. Cool design and great interior but the banging and noise of systems ruined that. A tray of dirty food remained out on the room next to us for almost two days despite cleaning people cleaning our room everyday. Longer walk to the core of Nyack than the website made it seem and not the nicest streets to walk through. On Friday night they do some Salsa party in the bar and when we returned in our car from dinner the parking lot was completely full - no reserves spots for actual hotel guests. That is a serious flaw. On Sat they had a wedding which we heard up on the 4th floor most of the night. Love Nyack and will return but not to this hotel.

Put us in the room above where an event was being held. Needless to say it was way too noisy. To make it worse they were doing some sort of workout routine early the next morning in the same space below our room which included same loud noise. Rooms were aesthetically pleasing but the sparse look was not conducive to being quiet. Also the room facing highway get a fair amount of nose from the 18 wheelers going by. So we paid a high price for no sleep. On a good note, The room service was enjoyable and the staff friendly. We stayed in room 242 and really did not get any rest, so unfortunately I would not recommended staying.

This was the worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. What was supposed to be an enjoyable quick getaway for my wife’s birthday was a night made. Actually, for it to have been a nightmare there would have to have been sleep. Since there was loud, obnoxious noise all night long there was no sleep. What made it worse was that the hotel staff refused to assist. They made a halfhearted attempt at sending security to find the noise but they were unsuccessful. This all added up to an awful, awful experience. I will never visit again.
