This property is very average at best. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Main floor carpeting needs major updating (ripped/stained). Lighting was dark and the bathroom was musty. Shower water was nice and hot and bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. It had two doors, one to the main hallway, the other to the outside parking lot.

Overall, our stay wasn't terrible. First, there is no elevator - we travelled with an infant so we had to carry quite a bit of luggage and crib up a flight of stairs. We got the 1 bedroom suite which was nice to have a separate space for our son to sleep. However, the sheets were stained, the tissues were empty, there were lightbulbs out, and we could hear our neighbor snoring most of the night. The rooms themselves need a desperate update. Breakfast was fair with a good amount of options - including waffles, biscuits and gravy, and eggs. Positively, it is just a minute walk to a great restaurant and the desk person that checked us in was very kind.

The room was dark, dingy, furnished with odd and ends. The breakfast was eggs, gravy and waffles. The least choice we have ever seen. The room was noisy, had a ice machine right outside the door. The entire experience had the feel of bad motel 8 with the exception of the price $170.
