This hotel is notable for its location in the marina. The grounds are well-kept and account for most of the appeal. It is otherwise shabby (like most in the area) and needs updating IMO. Superficial repairs to floors, doors, rooms, and so on are too obvious and amateurish. Most of the staff is friendly. While parking is free just across the street from the hotel, they charge $40/nite just because they can. If other area options were available I would certainly look elsewhere.

Beautiful area around parts of the hotel. Lots of noise and door slamming by other guests left us fatigued after a 3 day stay. Building layout was confusing.
