The greeting at the front desk from Pat was awesome. He called when our room was ready and gave us a list of places to visit in the area. We really appreciated that. The only things that I didn't like concerned our room. The shower/tub area was moldy and the toilet by the tub had a broken toilet seat. I didn't tell the front desk.

This was a last minute trip, pictures online are definitely deceiving, property definitely needs updating. Staff was GREAT, very friendly and helpful. Air conditioner is extremely loud. Recommend placing beach towels in rooms. Overall stay was good

Perfect location, rooms fresh and clean. Would definitely visit again, did have to chase housekeeping a bit for supplies, but this is a minor nit. Great vacation experience.

Our stay was ruined by loud machine, or elevator motor noise right over our bed starting at 6:30 AM. The staff moved us to another room. We had no room for about 4 hours and they never offered any rebates or comps of any kind. The new room still had the noise but not as loud. That was our second, and last ever stay at this Hilton.

View was beautiful, great location, rooms are very functional for traveling with family/kids. However, the roof top pool was closed, during one our days the outdoor pool was closed for chemicals. The indoor pool floor area was very wet & slippery. The windows were filthy dirty. housekeeping management is poor. Garbage in the ice/ vending room from Sunday- Wednesday was still there overflowing.

From checking in to checking out Staff was amazing! Raquel front desk was great so was dave/don wuth the beard my son LOVED him! Indoor/outdoor pool both great SUPER close to the jolly amusement park discounts were given for the park and warm cookies at check out. We will be back next summer TY

spacious rooms and balcony ( we got the corner room ) rooms clean , 2 bathrooms , clean hotel in general , indoor and outdoor pool , hot tub !!! definitely coming back !!

The hotel was pricey. Right rooftop The pool was closed, and there were not enough lounge chairs for guests. Hotel It was rundown and dirty. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel. We had to track down the cleaning service for towels. Nobody came by to clean our room during our four-day stay.
