The cleanliness of the room. The bathrooms were very clean. The towels smelled amazing. I love the shampoo conditioner, as well as moisturizing cream for the hands. The warm cookies were a very nice touch!!

Excellent views of the ocean. The property is a bit dated, and the times I’ve gone, the dishes were not properly washed in the rooms. The indoor pool has I leaky ceiling and dirty AC water drips into the pool. Other than that, it’s a pretty great place to visit. It has several perks if you’re traveling with family. Staff at the front desk can sometimes be rude or unhelpful. Last time we checked in, the clerk was on his break. He was sitting in the lounge area. We stood at the counter for a while. Then we walked up to him and asked if we could check in, he said “well if you go to the counter….if you come here how would I know you’re checking in?” I was surprised because we were waiting at the counter for a while. Very rude! The last time we checked out, they normally give warm cookies for each of the guests. But this time when we requested 4 cookies (one for each of us), the guy at the desk didn’t believe me and walked me out to my car just to make sure we were 4 people before giving us the cookies. I was very offended. It’s little things like this that make or break excellent customer service. We come here because it’s a great getaway and right on the beach. The staff and property condition are not up to par for what they charge.

The greeting at the front desk from Pat was awesome. He called when our room was ready and gave us a list of places to visit in the area. We really appreciated that. The only things that I didn't like concerned our room. The shower/tub area was moldy and the toilet by the tub had a broken toilet seat. I didn't tell the front desk.

Check in was easy, excellent customer service. Hotel was quiet with very nice amenities. We had an ocean front room was very spacious and clean. excellent restaurant on site. walking distance to lots of restaurants/bars. would recommend and would stay again
