We love hilton hotels but this one didn't do it for us Definitely renovated nice but there are a few things that we really didnt care for 1. The digital key didn't work at anything we were there and I was not feeling well when we got there so had to go to the front desk to get keys after i checked in on the app the day before 2. The bathroom in the room had no locking door or fan how can you share a room with someone and the bathroom has no fan 3. The hotel is dog friendly (love dogs have no problem with dogs) but maybe have designated floors for dogs we had a dog near our room cry all day and when your working its hard to concentrate 4. Cleanliness was passable the bathroom could have used a little bit more attention We ended up having to leave a night early And we were ok with leaving usual we hate leaving but we just didnt feel this place

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Awful experience. During snowstorm I was told no refunds if i cant make it..6" snow. Restaurant closed. Room was freezing. Lukewarm hot water. No tissues. No treat bag for dog, other hotels do this.

This property was nice, clean, staff polite and easy parking. Our family enjoyed our stay. I didn’t give a perfect score because we requested at the front desk to clean our room. We left early morning and returned during the evening and our room didn’t get clean. We called,the front desk and they apologized and brought fresh towels and washcloths.

Pet stains
Pets are allowed in the hotel. I noticed stains on the rug in my room which can be unavoidable. I would have rather had a choice to stay in a room that had not previously housed a pet. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent including the personnel.

Loved this Hotel Hilton Garden Inn awesome amenities all the front desk people pleasant and helpful. The bar restaurant great atmosphere the manager bar tender and waitress outstanding service

Great place to stay
Check in was easy, elevators very responsive, room was modern and lovely, Kuerig-style coffee maker a plus! The beds and pillows were comfortable as was the room. Another plus is it's just off the Boardwalk so that area is easily accessible without the intrusive lighting from the BW. A negative was we were unable to find a trolley at 5:30am on checkout. We searched the entire hotel and parking lot and asked the clerk-no trolley. Also, do not eat at the restaurant, it's seriously not good-a missed opportunity because the scenery is great.
