Very convenient location, nice lobby, staff was easy to deal with and we enjoyed the restaurant attached to the hotel. The rooms can definitely be cleaned and upgraded but they're not terrible.

Very convenient location, lobby area and pool are nice. Rooms are very small, bathroom is very small, and the carpets are very dirty (I get that there is a lot of wet/sandy beach traffic). Staff was pleasant and whenever we needed something it was brought to the room right away.

My spouse and I had low expectations after reading the reviews but we got a good enough price that we were ok with everything except for the mattress. It was so worn it had permanent indentations where people slept. I tossed and turned and didn’t get a good night sleep the first night. We flipped and turned the mattress ourselves the next morning and slept great the rest of our time there.

The location is good, the board walk is right there in front of the property. Nice porch, but that’s the only thing good about the property. When I check in, the receptionist was in training, she barely speak English, so she can’t even explain how to get to the parking area. Didn’t tell me how to get to my room, which floor etc. Then the other receptionist asked her if she said have a good day, enjoy your stay to me, which she said no, so I was standing there not knowing that check in was done. Bed are terrible, not comfortable at all. There are cheap comfortable bed these days they can replace the old bed with. Carpet also dirty. Small shower, I am 120 lbs woman can’t even shower comfortably. Would not stay in this hotel again.

A piece of Ocean City history. Good location. Walking distance to the pier, but far enough away to make for chill evenings on the amazing front porch! A lot of good places to eat within a block or two.

Sheets had stains, carpet floor is so dirty, no balcony, the rooms are advertised to be much bigger than they actually are, it is so small. The front desk staff are so rude like they are unhappy, not welcoming at all.

We liked the lobby and the porch,and access to boardwalk. However room was extremely small, was supposed to be side view, but that was a stretch of imagination. Shower was EXTREMELY small. No shelf in bathroom for you stuff. No microwave, hot water machine in lobby was broke and woman at check-in was not friendly. Halls and stairwells a dirty. Cleaning staff was all very friendly, and helpful. Would not stay there again.

We were not happy with our stay. There is one SMALL elevator for 6 floors. The bathroom was very small: a corner vanity with one mirror on a wall (so no front view, just on a side. The shower was the smallest by far I have seen in any hotel. Parking was over a block away. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff at the front desk was not so welcoming, the other staff members were more friendlier and welcoming. The bathtub was so small and I’m a petite person and could hardly turn in it and the toilet bowl under the seat was dirty and old. The carpet in the room and building need to upgrade. The best part of the hotel is that it’s right there by the beach and by the boardwalk

Bathroom: extremely small, as you turn around your elbow hits the shower handle and turns off the water, also mold around the edges of the shower door near the floor. One shower panel came off the track and almost hit my husband's head. We requested a new towel set and never received any washcloths. Outside windows haven't been cleaned in years with dirt and grime around the edges. Housecleaning staff should have alerted management of these problems. Never going back. Not what is used to be. I should get a refund.
