Loved the proximity to boardwalk, beach, and amusement pier, with parking just across the street. Only issue was the rooftop outdoor pool: water was milky cloudy. No one went in.

Microwave broken and no one could/would fix. No maintenance man after 5 I think they said. Phone didn’t work. Site said “sleeps 3” and when I asked for a cot they said they don’t provide them. No conditioner in shower. Otherwise modern/pretty property with great sunset view.

The stay my family and I experienced while at this hotel was very displeasing. The hotel itself along with the rooms looked nothing like the pictures online. The sheets were dirty, curtains and wall were stained with mold. A pillow had blood stain on it, the bathroom was dirty. The hotel had an odor to it and the towels they gave were dirty. The door hinge to the room was damaged, not sure if it was forced open at one point. The hot tub had sand in the bottom, so there fore no cleaning was done to it. Advertised a roof top bar which was closed and didn’t appear to have been open for quite sometime. For the amount of money spent on us staying for 2 nights. It was not worth it. We expected much more considering the online pictures and all the great reviews. The only positive was it was very close to the beach. Do not recommend booking here, would not come again.

Our overall stay was great, I think our only complaint would be the parking, it isn’t the best, most hotels including this one is only allowing 1 cars per room.(which stinks when you’re sharing the room with another couple and drive separate) The room was a decent size, you could see the boardwalk & ocean view from our second floor balcony, the locations is very convenient for the boardwalk and even stuff over on the bay side. The roof top pool was awesome indoor pool was just as good If you didn’t want to be in the sun, they have a game room but we didn’t make it to that. Ice machine worked as it should. The beds were comfortable along with the pillows. We would definitely stay here again.

There was a giant vat of trash in front of the elevators every morning, our feet were BLACK from walking barefoot in the room, our room was never serviced and we never received fresh towels, there was no deadbolt on our door, the faucet was broken on the jet tub and everything smelled musty.

Besides the location this property is DISGUSTING! Mold everywhere. Smells. The check in front desk young girl was sooo rude! I had to request a room change the second night because of how truely gross the hotel is. The rooftop bar was closed. The pool was so dirty with hair, sand and unknown debris. The ice maker was even worse. Overall looks nothing like the photos and I refuse to believe one single thing has recently been renovated in that “hotel”.

Great location. Hotel staff, especially Anna, were friendly. The pool bar was not open, so maybe they should take that off the page. Maybe they were short staffed and that's why the pool bar wasn't open--who knows?

Parking was horrible! Cleanliness was poor. Said it had a bar at the pool,and they did but was not open at all while we were there. Stayed 5 days. Ask for clean towels twice and they were out. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Would i stay there again, No.

The rooms were nice and ours was very clean although it did have a smell to it. Strong marijuana smell, although I really have no idea what that smells like 😊 The only real complaint I have is the parking. I am not sure how you get the reserved spots up by the hotel itself but it would be worth it. The lots are so tight, trucks are not able to maneuver at all. I unfortunately got hit on my bumper. No major damage but scraped off paint on a car I just got last week. I know it’s not their fault but word to the wise if you have a car you cherish find out about the reserved spots. The staff was wonderful and friendly.

Only one elevator in 6 floor bldg. One young woman at the front desk was not at all welcoming. Room was clean. Bathroom had very poor water pressure. Sixth floor pool and hot tub was very nice.
