A very nice hotel
Very nice hotel in great location. Very friendly staff running a very neat , clean, efficient hotel with great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool hot tub, and coffee in the lobby.

Not what we anticipated.
Got off to a bad start during the check in process due to a misunderstanding and or lack of knowledge on the part of the of the evening desk personnel. Long story short; booked online a 1King bed with sofa bed, partial ocean view for 4 nights (itinerary # 72059857601717). Upon entering room 707 we immediately noticed it was a 2-double bedroom, no sofa. Went back to the front desk and went round and round about what happened. we were not satisfied, because we had to stay in rm707friday night and then transfer to 709 ( king bed/ sofa) on Sat. However, we did receive a call from the manager (Ashley) explaining the miscommunication and she left a $50.00 coupon (we could not use due to several of the restaurants listed were closed for the winter season) for our inconvenience. Needless to say, this birthday trip was not what we anticipated, but we did appreciate the Hepa air purification unit and the oven/toaster per our request for special items. Thank You, Mr. and Mrs. Parkes

Great for a quick beach trip in summer but not much else. Nothing open nearby in offseason. Rooms small. No laundry rooom in building. Parking garage is kind of a mess. People smoking on balconies even though they’re not supposed to. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they are definitely the silver lining. Great views from balcony.
