The staff were nice and the breakfast was decent as a continental breakfast. The location was nice, but there were serious issues with the facilities that were only disclosed to us the day before check-in. Elevators were not functioning and the pool was closed until the day before we left - which wasn't disclosed when we booked. The lighthouse tower, which could have been fun to explore and view was under repair and many of the other areas were under repair. Hoping this nice hotel can be fixed up but it is currently in a bad state.

Our stay was wonderful! We had a great time! The room was very nice and had ocean view! The pool and hot tub were very welcomed when we had a rainy day! And the breakfast buffet is not to be missed! They had everything! My grandsons were very happy with the waffles and. Cereal assortment! And the staff was very friendly and helpful as well!

Peaceful getaway at the ocean
A comfy and spacious room with partial ocean view. Nice and quiet while being pet friendly. The elevator was still out of order but staying on the 2nd floor was not a problem. We loved the location and will stay there again!

The room was very clean but we got there a bit early & they would not let us in before 4 pm the Elevator was broke so we had to carry our bags up the stairs Now we are both over 70 years old they did not have anybody to help us up the stairs the lighthouse was closed not sure why but the views are nice when they let you up there. The restaurant was closed down so we were not Happy

Room was dirty, beds are hard the elevator was not working. Aliding doors on entery had to be opened and closed manually. The pool was down. We had a terrible experience.

It would have been convenient to be advised at booking or check-in that the elevators have not been working for over a year and we were booked on the third floor. I use a cane due to balance issues and would not have stayed there if we had known. We arrived late and felt we had to stay! We used to stay there frequently when it was a Best Western and enjoyed our stays. Never again!

Feces occurs
We were welcomed with a pile of feces on the stairway leading to our room immediately after check in. It dripped down several stairs and appeared to have not recently occurred. When my husband reported it to the front desk staff they seemed unsurprised/disinterested asking "Is it dog?" then eventually "I guess we can call maintenance."

Solid Beach hotel. Was disappointed that the pool and elevators were out of service and they still charged me extra to switch to a king bed room. It was dead on a weekday.

Couple's last minute get away
What can I say. I think this hotel has the best view in Ocean Shores. I woke up to the ocean and beautiful dunes. With that being said, it's pretty dated and really needs more than just a refresh It truly needs an overhaul. Very early 90s vibe and not intentionally I don't think. The people working there are so nice, but when you have to sign a waiver not to open the sleeper sofa, because it's broken, isn't a good first impression. Also, the pool and elevator are broken. The room was super clean and the carpeting was newish, but the stairwells (which we had to take each time we wanted to go to our room) were pretty dirty and I saw elderly people trying to get up the stairs and it wasn't pretty. Good breakfast scene and the lady working it was really nice. The people working were great. This hotel could be just a little more awesome if everything was working. But the view! Amazing!
