We have stayed here many times, and we'll never be back. The pool has NEVER been available, there were holes drilled in the dresser top, the bath towel I used had big stains on it, the air conditioner made a loud clattering noise, and the breakfast was so awful looking we went to an IHOP instead. When I complained-- nothing: the young man just stared at me. When I asked for some kind of compensation, he told me he'd"let the next person know". Who did nothing... She was unfriendly and made no effort to apologize or anything else. We have been to very many places, and this was the WORST.

The pullout sofa was not usable; the mattress was so old it was falling apart. The refrigerator did not work and there was water all over the inside. Breakfast was sparse; no cereal in the cereal containers and the muffin/bread container was never refilled. The only positive thing was the lady at the front desk was friendly.

The basics in the hotel aren’t horrible although all of the finishes doors, walls and fixtures are in serious need of attention. Every single wall and every single door needs painted. The furniture is really banged up, the remote in the room didn’t work. The air conditioning unit is somewhat falling off the wall, even though it works and there were several bugs in my room when I got here I’m from Texas so I’m used to some of that but I think it’s insane that this was $150 a night for this place

This hotel has seen way better days. Seems like they're keeping it open until it falls apart. No blankets, broken ac units, missing hair dryers, broken exercise equipment, unusable pool. The staff is nice, but more of a motel than a hotel and expect missing or broken amenities.

Lots of little things added up to a problem stay
This was a brief visit to the area to move a student into OU. The room, while booked for 4 adults, only included one set of towels. These towels looked like they had not been laundered, as they were dingy and stained. Upon asking for more towels, the fresh ones that arrived were also stained. The property itself was mostly clean, although the cigarette smokers which were right by the front door tended to permeate the air in the lobby with cigarette smoke smell. The room was also missing a remote control for the television in the living room (this was a 1 BR Suite). The furniture was uncomfortable and minimalist at best. Last complaint, the milk that was served at breakfast on the first day of the stay was spoiled. All in all, this property "Will Do" but has a long way to go before it can be considered a repeat visit.

The tv was broken. There was a lot mold on the air conditioner. There was, what appeared to be, a smearing of feces on the side of the toilet tank. Gym ac was pumping in warm air. Last time we stayed, it was lovely. Not sure what happened the past 12 years, but it’s gone way down hill cleanliness and functionality wise

Very strange , dirty guests in the lobby in the AM
The appearance of the hotel from the outside was excellent lobby was great inside the elevator was a little beat up. Rooms were OK but a little bit worn some stain on the sheets and seem to be questionable guests moving about the hotel evening and morning, very filthy person with a big dog. Not the place for young children or your wife.The breakfast was very limited, but the area appeared to be clean.

Overall, the hotel was below average. So people were actually living in the hotel rather than renting out the rooms. Very few guests were present. For your looking very very cheap location you might actually try another location nearby.

The pictures of the breakfast were not what was available. Only options were fried eggs and ham. Amenities listed that the property had a pool but upon arrival the pool was closed. It was the middle of summer and the pool was one of the main reasons for the stay.

The staff memwnwe apparently made our keys to be expired for our room and he had to a use their big bad key to let us in he said it was the battery. But when the morning person came in she is the one that told us he had our key showing the room expired. That why it would let us in.

Not a good stay. Room was dark with minimal lights, zero trash cans in our room, pool closed for repairs, minimal food at breakfast an hour before closing time, no phone to call the front desk for the above, bad cell service in room. Clean room and staff was nice. Wouldn’t stay again though.
