Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we were offered a snack while waiting. Our suite was gorgeous with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Spacious accessible room
Spacious ADA room. Somewhat noisy bc it's next to the highway. Breakfast is extra but nicely serve. The beds though were too high I think for an ADA room. The self-serve laundry facility accepted debit/CC or coins so that was nice. The elevator was a little stuffy bc of the carpet floor.

Was surprised for our first time at a Hilton.
We had to wait a half an hour to check in after 3:00. We sat and watched others check in before us. We were comped free breakfast the next morning and it was very good. We left a good tip for the waitress and then checked out only to realize after leaving that we were charged for another tip for the waitress. So she got a 12.00 tip for a 30.00 breakfast. She was good but we had already tipped her well. The last thing we thought was odd was we went to the pool and we were the only ones there. There was a cleaning cart with cleaning supplies on it and a plugged in vacuum near the pool. My husband and I both commented that it was a good thing that there were no children around.
