It was a very interesting place. I’ve never seen so many stairways in my life. It could use some updating. The bartender in the bar was excellent. Very hard working. The breakfast was very good. I liked that there were in and outdoor fireplaces located throughout the property.

This was not our first time at this hotel. It has always been wonderful! Unfortunately this time we had a problem with a costly personal item “disappearing” from our room. The front desk and the manager were notified but they were “unable to do anything” about it. Very sad.

The pool area was nice with the adjoining indoor outdoor pools. The breakfast bar was good as was the food at the lumberjack saloon. The bathroom in our room was leaking and we notified staff shortly after we checked in. We never heard from staff and at check out were asked if the new room was better. We were moved to another room in the system but no one ever told us.

We always love our stay here. We come four times a year for business. The only thing I don't like is the water temperature. I can't get a hot shower, only luke warm. I put up with it because I love everything else.

Great stay!
Really a neat hotel -- the staff was excellent, as was the breakfast. The only negative I would give is the cleanliness -- the room was clean, but there were a lot of details missed in the room & the hotel in general. They need a good deep clean to keep this cute hotel looking nice.

I will never stay here again. I was having car issues and arrived a hour early so they charged me 25.00 for a hour early. The rooms were filthy and the pool and hot tub were filthy we couldn’t even use them. This whole property needs a deep clean
