The staff at Aloft Orlando Lake Buenavista were great and very helpful whenever I had questions. Breakfast options were very good. Quiet and safe area with surrounding hotels. Free shuttle to parks were great and convenient.

The room was clean enough but there were a few inconvenient and strange issues. The sunken floor cut out with a carpet on top was a tripping hazard and you could easily cut or scuff your feet. There were light bulbs out and the location of the light switches were not convenient. The shelf in the shower was tilted forward so my toiletries kept sliding off. The purfume smell pumped out in the lobby was way too strong. Front desk agent was pleasent.

Elevator was dirty and the remote in my room didn’t work. Had to get maintenance to fix it.
