Not worth your money
The Starbucks in the hotel will charge double the amount of a normal Starbucks. The transport to the port never showed up so we had to Uber. Staff was not very friendly. Never going back here again.

Oh, so much to say. I booked these reservations in February, 2024 after being able to secure tickets to see Taylor Swift. My daughter and I arrived to the hotel early due to our flight. At this time he took my credit card and checked us in, or so we were told. We knew our room probably wasn't ready but the man lat the front was anything but kind and told us it wasn't ready and to come back later and he would hope he would have something for us. We had rented a car so we left to have lunch and drive around a bit. I had an issue with my rental car agreement and called Thrifty directly, they told me to see the Hertz kiosk in my hotel. I pulled back into the lot and went in to speak to him. It was 1:20pm and he was already gone for the day... so no help there. We came back to 1 person working the concierge desk and another working Hilton Honors (which I am also a member of). I asked if I could just get my key since I already checked in and rudely was told FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE - not once but twice. Finally after waiting what seemed like forever for someone to help, we finally got to our room. Just saying that this place needs an overhaul, badly. The bathroom lighting was rusted, poor lighting and the outlets barely worked for us so we had to keep switching our curling iron/blow dryer from outlet to outlet. We always knew when the room above us was showering because it sounded like the hoover dam was opening up. I have more to report but it seems but don't have room

The property is conveniently located near Miami Airport. The hotel is pleasant and very tidy. The only defect is a parking lot which had a visible excess of cars as cars were parked between car places to fit more cars. Getting the parking place to open when first arriving at the hotel was confusing and time taking. When leaving the parking for the first time, finding the exit was also confusing since there was very few information plates.

like it by the water, very beautiful in the rear. but i don't like the security gate,i do not like a $25 a day charge for parking. no free breakfast ? for hundred $$ a day stay. CHEAP. the hotel does NOT look as its pictures online. very OLD & dirty, outside paint peeled off. tennis court is very dirty with faded paint floor. no room service unless you ask for. no even free bottle of water. they charge $8 a bottle of water, be careful do not drink the water inside u room. the bottom line is This hotel is NO DIFFERNT than a Motel 6.

Only problem we had was that the shuttle driver tried to say we left our small suitcase at the airport when I watched him grab it. He was expecting a tip which he would have gotten if he would have given me my bag instead of having us go crazy trying to figure out where it went. Very unprofessional experience with the driver.
