I have stayed in many Hiltons, this is up there as one of the worst. It was like staying in a one star motel. I even stupidly upgraded to a balcony room for extra. The balcony had no furniture and a gaping hole in the mosquito mesh. I would say it needs knocking down but must say the 80s architecture is probably worth saving - I like it. It just needs to be modernised and CLEAN. Breakfast staff were a positive, however, very nice and attentive.

Although we only stayed one night, I recommend this hotel. It is very close to the airport. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the bathrooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. Thank you very much! We will be back soon.

I wouldn’t stay here again. We got in at midnight and upon trying to go up to our room, neither key worked. We had to go back downstairs with all of our bags to address it. They didn’t seem to believe us and a maintenance man came up with us. Turns out the battery to the door was dead so we had to be let in with the master key. They wanted to come change the battery but we were exhausted after traveling. We told them we wouldn’t leave the room anyway since it was late. The hotel is just aged and dingy. It feels like they have more rooms/space than they can afford to keep up with. I wouldn’t recommend it. To solo female travelers or even women with children, don’t stay here. It’s not comfortable.

We waited an hour for the hotel transportation. The diver finally arrives and we waived to get him to stop and he waived and kept going. We had to chase down the bus to get on. He kept picking people up and they had to hold their luggage and people were standing up all the way to the hotel. The hotel had one bus while other hotels had several coming to the airport for pick-up.

Rooms are outdated and old, they are clean but very old. My shower was clogged. Otherwise everything ok

This is our second time here. It’s a really nice hotel with plenty of amenities. The only drawback was we waited approximately 15-20 minutes to check in because a guest had concerns that could not be handled by the lone checkin attendant. The guest, I believe, wanted to put six people in their room and a supervisor had to be called to help.

Never Again
The Airport Shuttle took nearly 90 minutes to pick up. No help with luggage. One member of staff @ check in. Breakfast was underwhelming with diarrhoea experienced almost immediately. Presented with a check for a buffet breakfast which suggested a minimum tip of $8.50 for binging a cup of coffee !!! Never again. Bed was comfortable and shower okay… Completely over priced. Never again.

Hotel is old and really needs a major maintenance. I hate to say it but every time you check-in or check-out the line plus the slowest process….check-in and check-out should be 1-3 minutes process for God’s sake!
