We liked that they hosted a happy hour with free wine and beer. It's always a nice touch. However, very loud with music and a younger clientele that enjoy partying. Also, front desk NEVER answers the phone before checking in. There were a couple concerns we wanted to be sure to work out before arriving and no answer. To reach them is nearly impossible and because of this will not try again too soon.

First Time Visitors.
We picked Melia because of its proximity to Celebration Hospital. Having had not stayed there before and we were very pleasantly surprised by the facility. The rooms, service, and friendliness were excellent. Although we were not able to use all the amenities everything looked great.

Evelyn is amazing
Evelyn was amazing. On the morning after the storm hit, she was able to get my wife and I in early before the check in time. She is absolutely amazing. The wilson is a great restaurant with great prices

This is my second time staying at Melia and won’t be my last. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. To access any part of the hotel you need to be a guest with a card so all doors are locked which makes you feel safe weather you’re there solo or with friends. The food is good, pool is very nice and is close to all theme parks

Stayed here for a week with my dog, toddler and husband. A very dog friendly hotel, our dog was accepted everywhere. A nice dog park which my dog loved. We enjoyed the pool area a lot. Family friendly hotel! The restaurant has good food too! I definitely recommend!
