I really like how close this hotel is in relation to Disney World. I love having a coffee chain inside the hotel. Other great amenities are the pool and playground.

Great location and pool area.
Excellent location, many options for food near by and close to highway to travel to other areas. Great pool area to relax. Room was large and bed was extremely comfortable. Even days after a hurricane property was clean and neat. There is a $22 dollar per day parking fee that I wasnt aware off but after review it was disclosed and even with that fee this represents a great value for the area.

I love the rooms and restrooms no complains there it’s a beautiful property. The food and coffee options are great too. My only complain I think the transportation schedule can improve as far as going to Disney springs or the park you should be able to book all through the day and not a few slots in the am or pm.

What I liked was that I was able to check in very late without a problem. What I didn't like was the hidden fees. I was charged for parking when I specifically told the clerk that I did not have a car. When they removed the fee for the parking I was charged another fee for registering??? I thought the hotel had breakfast as listed... It cost $15.99. That is not breakfast included. I went without. I will not be staying here again.

The entire staff was very friendly and gave great customer service!!! The only disappointment was that there was no pool bar!

On the second morning of my stay at this hotel there was a cockroach found trying to get in my suitcase. After alerting hotel staff I was able to switch rooms but had to do so after coming back on the Disney shuttle at night. There were also no further apologies or accomodations for the inconvenience. Upon arrival that night no one was at the front desk to give the new keys to the room until 10-15 min later. The pools at the hotel were all very dirty with the bottom looking to be covered in dirt as well as some dead bugs in the hot tub.

Ticket office need improvement
Over all the place is good and secure. It is gated community and good for families. I would not say there is something special. It is not far from Disney and seaworld and other. The activities center and ticket office were not helpful and advertised for vacation rentals instead of helping with what you want.

All ok. Hallway smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes and the elevator close to us was broken and it was inconvenient to get up and down and have to walk half way across to get to the lobby and then to the car.
