Our 4th time at the amazing Embassy Suites and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We were there when hurricane Milton stormed in but were looked after completely with nothing any trouble to the fab staff. Zach, luis and the front office team were second to none and the best barman Joel. You all excelled yourselves and kept us safe. We will be back again as always

Our stay was amazing. My children love to stay at an Embassy Suites. They love the homey feeling and the amazing breakfast every morning. When we got there our room had a very strong odor, after going to the front desk, the employee was extremely kind and understanding. She was able to get us another room just like the one we had booked. She was excellent.

Wonderful, but ac didnt work good, in any room. Wasnt cooling as ive experienced in any other hotel so was hard to sleep in. Breakfast was great! Recommend corner room, alot bigger than the other ones. Not impressed with front desk staff, they werent really friendly or accommodating.

Worse hotel experience ever
I had to request another room because the hotel was infested with ants. The room they moved me to had the same issue. The front desk staff not all was not welcoming at all. The blankets were dirty on the bed. The bedroom TV was so dark you couldn't see the picture. The rooms need to be totally updated. The carpet was dirty and the list goes on and on.

The property was as described. The pool area could use improvement, a Jacuzzi/Hot Tub should be added. Pool hours should be extended, specially for guests attending the theme parks, this would help unwind. Breakfast was good as usual but dairy free or alternative milk should be available with more options for vegan guests.

My carpet was soak and wet between the bedroom and bathroom. I almost slipped twice when we got here but didn’t think much of it until I got back at my room with dinner and took my shoes off and noticed our socks were soaked. Not sure where the water was coming from but I put a bunch of towels down hoping it would be gone by morning. I’m was there for 3 nights. It was still. Soak and the room smelled horrible from the soaked carpet when I got back from my conference. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and we I we switched rooms. Certainly a hassle to deal with. No manager contact after. I would have expected a call or email or something. Not even an extra drink ticket. Oh well. Hotel really is dates.
