Resort Fee:
• 1-12 Guests: $35
• 13+ Guests: $45
Guests are required to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee, which will be processed through Square using a credit or debit card only (no cash accepted). This is a one-time fee per house, per reservation. Upon payment, guests will receive a Resort Access Card (maximum of 2 cards per party), which must be presented at the pool entrance each time. Additionally, guests will receive a 4-digit code that grants access to the gym for the month.
Guests must carry the Resort Access Card with them on the pool deck for verification by staff if requested. For check-ins outside of regular hours, guests should proceed to the guard gate, where car passes will be issued. After that, guests must visit the clubhouse once it reopens to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee in order to access the pool the following day.

Please ensure all guests know they must have their reservation information and an ID readily available for the guards at the gate. Additionally, please ensure your guests are aware that the homes have a 5 vehicle limit. There are no exceptions to this rule.
PARKING
1. Parking is allowed in the driveway or the street in designated parking spaces only.
2. It is necessary to have a guest pass to park on the street after 10:00 PM.
3. No property will be issued more than 5 guest passes
4. Towing is strictly enforced. No parking in the grass or in the yards
PRIVATE POOL
The pool faces west.
Pool cleaning at Solterra Resort houses is conducted weekly on Monday or Saturday, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.
Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE:
• Pool heating is an optional service priced at $33 per day, with a minimum payment of $165 per stay.
• Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
• Optional services should be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in and are subject to availability.
