I have been longing to stay there and everytime I try booking it was always full, so I finally out of the blue decided to make a random vacation and got a answer I wanted. You guys could of accommodated me finally. The accommodation and hospitality was BREATHTAKING. The combination of the hotel and mall was WONDERFUL. I would recommend this to my family and friends keep up the good WORK. PS: Alaya at the front desk is a keeper for this hotel she made it her business we was more than comfortable we give her a 10 STAR PS: ALAYA

Stayed for three nights. For two days housekeeping were later then expected. This did not bother us too much (we just changed towels and supplies and were fine); but for some that could be an issue. I would say that housekeeping were very helpful giving us coffee, fresh towels, toiletries and water each time). Given the proximity to the Mall it was excellent value for money esp. when you consider the $$ saved in Ubers and yes the free water helped.
