This hotel was an okay stay for the price we paid. I love that it had free parking, free breakfast and on a very good street, dining and shopping were all within walking distances. The ladies who catered the breakfast were all nice and informative of the food. Front desk agent Fabi was delightful and helpful each time 3 things i didnt like was the gray scum that was in the tub. The towels all seemed very old and used.. they were off white. And lastly, when we first checked in our room, there were drinks on the counter top near the tv and bathroom area. I thought maybe it was someone elses room. I went down to front desk to tell them about it and Fabia (not certain if im spelling it correctly lol) was so warm and helpful. She assured me that maybe it was negligence on housekeeping behalf and she changed my room

Nice hotel, very convenient to Universal and SeaWorld. Staff was friendly. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent and parking is free unlike many hotels in the area.

Everything was great and the breakfast was actually really good considering it was hotel food. The staff was very nice. Have in mind that they no longer have the free shuttle to Universal. They discontinued it since the pandemic.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. We've stayed at quite a few hotels around Orlando and this might be our favorite so far. The night staff was great, day time we're always available, but I'm sure they have a lot to do. Breakfast was pretty good, but we were sad there wasn't a smoothie bar like in the photos. The beds were super comfortable and the room was massive! We definitely utilized the pull out couch and my nephew got a whole bed to himself! Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed extra towels and blankets. Plus the price was great, I will definitely stay there again.

Check in was great , we arrived late and were given a free water and arrived to a very clean and so comfortable bed. A good nights rest ... hotel is so clean, breakfast is always good, something or everyone. Friendly front desk...all the right things here checking all the boxes.
