The hallways smelt like damp and air freshener, wasn’t the worst. However, when I entered my room it smelled like awful mildew. The ac unit was so loud and rattled, and didn’t cool very well. Everything in the room felt strangely.. damp? I checked out after one night, couldn’t wait to get somewhere better.

The hotel smelt clean, they had water when you walked in which was nice. The rooms needed some help. We found food in the chair, mold on the AC unit, and the bathroom needed fresh caulk badly. Short walk to SeaWorld which was awesome.

Very nice hotel and a walk to Sea World. Needs more TV channels and the blinds need to be fixed. If there are young people staying there beware that it can get loud in the pool area. Even at 11:00 pm.

So the guy at the front desks was friendly. Entered the room and imediately we noticed the blinds were all messed up. You could see light thru portions of it. Looked really old and wore out. Then when the wife tried to open the blind it fell down. The yen when we wanted to open the white see thru blind that’s supposed to open with the touch of the button. We noticed the wire was cut. So when it was time to go to bed, the lights from outside were shining through the entire room and it was never dark in there

This place is not being taken care of. As a former director at crowne plaza, trust me when i say there are health and safety violations at this property from mold, water damage, exposed electrical wiring etc.

We just needed a bed for a night while passing through town. Bed was a little stiff and no free breakfast. Door to room was also messed up so it didn’t shut right. Probably wouldn’t stay here for more than 1 night if I was visiting seaworld or other amusement parks.
