Hotel was perfect for our one night family getaway. We were right across from Sea World which was nice after a long day at the park. Close to everything. Hot tub was perfect way to end the day. We could even see fireworks from our room.

My reservation was canceled after I added a special request indicating that my flight wouldn't arrive until midnight. The front desk attempted to reschedule, but they blamed the issue on the system rather than providing a solution. As a result, I had to search for a place to stay at 2 AM, and I ended up with nowhere to go.

Convenient Location, however lots of issues with things not working in our room, including TV, electric shades, telephone. Shower controls were so tightly closed my wife could not turn on the water and would severely leak if you didn’t torque it back to off, never did get the water to stop running.
