Pools were beautiful, the cafe by the pools and on main level were fantastic, staff were profession, so friendly and kind, food was excellent! Room itself was a bit underwhelming (Warwick), but pool and the rest made up for it!

Shower/bathtub situation was an accident waiting to happen. The tub was slippery with no mat, and the tub was too high off the ground for most people to climb in and out of. Dangerous set-up for sure. The furniture was not very functional. One big chair that was much too big, and one small sofa that was too small. There was a tiny table and no chairs. A very bizarre setup. I offered to pay for another day, so we could stay a few hours on the last day, since our flight was at 7:15 PM. The management said absolutely not, and we had to leave at 10 AM. I would never stay there again. I usually never complain about hotels and have never left a review, until today.

Perfect accommodations for our trip. Room was spacious, allowing us to work and relax. Great to be able to save money on food by cooking our own. Pro tip: Ask for a top floor. That way you won't have noisy kids stomping around above you. Will be back!

I had the most amazing experience here at Hilton Grand Vacations Club SeaWorld Orlando I had to write a review. The staff was so helpful and polite. As soon as I arrived I had a conference to attend they didn’t have any rooms available for me to shower and change but accommodated me immediately understanding the urgency. The room was absolutely amazing. So clean, very modern and was absolutely perfect for myself and family. The resort has beautiful walking grounds, pool area look like you’re on an island. I absolutely loved in there and would definitely go back.

I recently stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations Club SeaWorld Orlando and while the overall experience was pleasant, I was disappointed by the number of extra charges for services that felt unnecessary or unhelpful. For instance, the daily resort fee, which covered things I didn’t use, felt like an added cost without clear value. Similarly, the charge for Wi-Fi and bottled water in the room seemed excessive, especially when compared to similar hotels that include these in the room rate. I would appreciate more transparency regarding these fees upfront, ideally during the booking process. Additionally, offering optional add-ons for services like Wi-Fi or gym access would be much more customer-friendly, allowing guests to only pay for what they use. I also believe the hotel could reconsider whether these extra fees are truly adding value to the guest experience. Many guests, like myself, would appreciate a more inclusive pricing model or the option to choose and pay only for what’s necessary during their stay. Thank you for considering this feedback. It would certainly improve the experience for future guests.” This type of feedback focuses on clear, constructive points about how the hotel could improve its pricing structure while offering a positive tone. It encourages the hotel to be more transparent, flexible, and mindful of guest satisfaction.

Originally we were absolutely thrilled to be staying at this property. It is within steps of SeaWorld, and the property itself is beautiful. However, we had a lot of issue with the customer service here at this property. We had an emergency and had to leave a night early. We checked out by the time range of check-out, told the desk that we have to leave early due to an emergency, and won’t be able to stay the full two nights. They gave us a folio for half of what we would have owed and we thought they were approving an early check out and waiving the second night fees. Come to find out they ended up charging our card for the full two nights and claimed we never spoke with front desk about our emergency need to check out early. Because of this dishonesty and complete lack of customer service, we will never stay at this property again and we warn future guests about their deception. They truly don’t care about their guests.
