Air did not cool. Hot in room. Tv had sound and no video. Breakfast was crowded and service slow to replenish food. Closed early. When I said something to the front desk they offered no apology. Just wrote down the room number and said okay. First visit to this hotel was good. This visit I was not happy at all. Elevators were also very slow and crowded and being on top floor was tough.

The hotel hallways were very hot so it was uncomfortable when we were bringing luggage in and out. Staff also made me walk back out to my car (with two small children) to put a parking pass in the car. It was a long day of travel so that wasn’t convenient. Pool had no towels and was dirty and pool wasn’t clean.

A good place to stay and a good value for money
The hotel was clean and had good amenities. The location was great and breakfast was quite good. The only thing was that the air-conditioning thermostat was a little tricky. I would stay there again though. Overall it was a nice stay.

The staff was very kind/helpful, and our room was lovely. Booking a room does require leaving a $100 deposit, which is not indicated on the expedia booking site. The pool was great! Taking the shuttle to magic kingdom takes longer than expected (45 minutes including the monorail which you have to transfer to) but it was free, which is great. Grateful for lovely staff members who answered all our questions!
