I really enjoyed our time here. Even though it's by a very busy road, it is very quiet. The property is beautiful. It is hard to find your way around, so better signage would be beneficial. After 4 days, I was able to get to our room without backtracking. Our room was nice. The remote for the TV didn't work, but a quick and easy text message (love that) to the front fixed that. I couldn't figure out out how to turn the main light to our bedroom on, but there was enough light from the desk that it was fine. We received fresh towels every day. Breakfast was always wonderful. The choices on the huge buffet are endless. There are multiple places to eat the rest of the day as well. 2 different ice-cream shops! One is dairy free! I would say the only thing we didn't like was that the waterpark and food options in the pool area, closes at 7pm. So people getting back from sightseeing can only swim and have pizza for food. It should be open until 9pm. We will definitely stay here again.

This was avery disappointing stay. I booked the rooms as this hotel g=has a water park. Never was i Notified about the water slides not being open before stay or at check -in. I booked this hotel espeically for the grandkids to enjoy the water park but when we went to that area all slides were closed it was a very disappointing stay.

The kirxhen lacked spoons, a cleaning sponge, soap, and paper towels. The entire suite was humid and drenched in layers of moisture. The faciloties were older, thebwater slides closed, rhe sidewalks dirty, and the ice machines not working. It made it impossible to enjoy rhenkitchenette and suite and resort we paid for.

I will start off by saying this property has the potential to be something great under new management. I tried to ignore the reviews to see for myself but I would NEVER recommend any friend or family member to stay here. We were a family of 6 with children aged 15,10,3 and 1. My only positive experience is with the staff, Gabriela (front desk) was very welcoming and has a great personality, also Jai from the pool was very attentive and would constantly check in and ask if there’s anything he could for for us. You can tell this hotel is understaffed. Now about the room, the AC would not cool (couldn’t get it lower than 74) maintenance was called and they said it was fine, clearly it was not our room always felt and smelled damp, we even had mold on the lamp fixtures and the air vents were completely clogged with dust. I called and asked why house cleaning has not come to my room to clean and they stated house cleaning only comes to the rooms if your stay is longer than 5 nights (that’s ridiculous) I would need to flag them down as I saw them just to ask for garbage bags and clean towels. Ice machine was broken on our floor (I had to go one by one to each floor/building just to find an ice machine that worked. Only reason we didn’t leave was because I wouldn’t get the money back. We paid over $1000 (with their additional fees) which in my opinion we could have stayed at a MUCH nicer/upgraded hotel for that price. ALSO TO ADD the Waterpark looks NOTHING like the photos.

It’s decent but won’t be staying there again.
Water pressure in the shower was weak. Not enough towels were given and the ones that were given were stained. AC was not cold enough. Room was very humid. Room was not serviced at all. Phone did not work so I couldn’t even call the front desk for assistance. Getting in contact with them on my personal phone was a nightmare.

Ok.
It was ok. When we arrived, there was mold on the lamp shed. I contacted the front desk and they changed it within 30 minutes. Then, after staying a night, there was a noticeable Stain on the comforter. We didn’t make a big deal because we just “knew” that they would change it when they saw it. We made sure that the stain was on top where you couldn’t miss it. So we went about a planned day. Arriving back, the bed was made and all seemed well until we get in the bed. Instead of changing the comforter, they only flipped it over and we then contacted the front desk immediately. They said that a manager would reach out to us but they never did and only sent someone to replace the comforter. By then, we were ready to go because everything was fine wend and thur. On Friday, it was no longer “family” friendly and were over it because there was a group next to us that was smoking “substances” and we just decided that it wasn’t worth the argument. Not a horrible place but not the best.

If you make a reservation in expedia be carefull because they have a lot of hiding fees

Construction happening on buildings that staff didn't mention. Restaurants closed because of occupancy, wasn't mentioned when checking in. Air unit in building 4 needs to be looked at, dust collecting in the room after only a couple of days. Contstruction staff didnt allow paying guests to use elevator before them, that elevator in building 4 was often dirty and we found nails on the floor from the contscruction crew. Used the laundry service and it took 3 hrs to dry clothes, after 2 hrs, had to switch to another unit. When speaking to the manager, it was apparently my job to call a 1-800 number. Eventually they reimbursed my money but had to fight for it. There was dust and spider webs on the recpetion sign at the main desk. The only decent amenity was the pool.
