The room was spacious. Hotel was near a lot of restaurants and close to the Disney parks. There was a shopping mall close by as well. Pool was nice and clean but too warm for our liking especially since it was too hot out as it is.

The room and property was fine. Had reservations at Discovery Cove and when I attempted to check out the next morning to go over to the park there was not any staff there at the desk. I waited for 20 minutes and still did not find any staff to check me out. Other guests were also coming down looking for assistance. Since we needed to get over to Discovery Cove I wrote a note with instructions to email me my bill and left the keys behind the counter next to the computer. I called today because I did not receive the bill and also wanted to let them know about the situation. The staff member I talked with offered no explanation or apology for this. Will not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Are check in was ok. But the operational manager said that he had arranged for us to check out at 2pm. But that was not the case. House keeping was bad. Sheets were not fresh the bathrooms i ended cleaning them. Never vacum the rooms. I dont think i will stay here again. Expensive for the poor service

nice clean hotel. easy access to parks. This Hotel is newer so it's very clean. I would stay again.
