We had a great stay for 19 nights. Good location, friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows.spacious room. Breakfast was pretty much same everyday, but it was good.

Disappointed in room and service.
Upon entering our room, it smelled like Urine. Bathrooms were clean. We sprayed air freshener to help with the smell. The first night we stayed was Nee Year’s Eve. The youngest child got sick vomiting in the middle of the night. It was in the bed and on the floor. We explained New Year’s morning the situation and asked that the King bedroom be cleaned including the carpet. When we got back, no one had cleaned the room. We were told after the fact that it was New Year’s and there was no housekeeping. Well Thursday, we spoke to the front desk again about our room being cleaned. We came in after our day out and the room had not been touched. So not only did the room smell of Urine it smelled of vomit. Not pleasant. They did not say why there was no room service. They said to call hotel’s.com with my complaint seeing as I was went through a third party. Just very disappointed in the room and the service.

The staff was great. Hotel is family friendly. Everything was good except that we couldn't use the pool because of drop in temperature. It would be great if pool could be heated when there's drop in temperature. Also, parking should be free for lesser days than 7 days. The showers could use a litte upgrade. Overall, it was great. I recommend it.

“Great stay overall! The front desk staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, with everything restocked quickly to keep up with the morning rush. The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The only downside was the parking fee of $27 USD, which felt a insanely steep. It’s the one thing I wish could have been better, but aside from that, everything else exceeded expectations!”

Reasonably central. The room we booked(suite with 2 Queen beds) was not the room we received on check in. We were told that the hotel was overbooked, and given a suite with 1 king bed and a sofa bed. We had to make up the sofa bed ourselves, ask for sheets and pillows. This wasn’t acceptable! Was told that we’d be refunded 1 nights accommodation, but we’re still waiting for this. Staff were very helpful, but looked to be working with minimal resources. Not what we’d expect from a Hilton property.

Pros: - comfortable beds. - clean. - kitchen. - walking distance to SeaWorld - close to Disney World and downtown Orlando. Cons: - parking fee of $25 per day. - Golden Girls room decor. - noisy AC in the bedroom. - AWFUL shower pressure and heat…like getting drooled on every morning. - 2 helpful counter staff. Another 2 were terrible. I told one about the leaky shower head…it never got fixed. I asked another for towels…they never got delivered.

2nd time staying
This is my second time staying at this location. Last time we stayed over the summer and were able to enjoy the pool. This time we stayed over Christmas break for 10 days. This room was fine. However, the dresser in the king bedroom was “repaired” at some point which basically means someone nailed one of the drawers shut which made two of them unusable. This was inconvenient because we needed to use the drawers considering the length of our stay. This made it so some of our family had to live out of their suitcases for the duration of our stay. Second this time around we literally had to ask for our room to be serviced. We would be gone all day at one of the theme parks come back and still no new sheets or towels. We understood that that’s how it would be in Christmas Eve and Christmas Day but even on other days we would have to tell the front desk to have someone stop by to collect trash and give fresh linen. The parking for 10 days was about $250 which I thought was a bit much but didn’t complain. Laundry room should be updated to be run by an app instead of coin based that way the app could let guests know when their laundry is done. They served hot breakfast daily which was really convenient. But sometimes things weren’t stocked (even with 2 hours of breakfast time left) such as juice, eggs, etc. Also they should have someone standing by to wipe tables as guests leave for sanitary purposes. The kitchen in the room was stocked for 4 when the room is made for 8.

We had no ides until the kids were exhausted and we were trying to get everyone into bed, and that's when we found the sleeper sofa was broken and inoperable. Long story short, my wife had to sleep on the floor in the living room.When reported to the desk in the morning, the remark was "I will report it not working (with a smile). No concern for anything and no discussion of anything. First time I have ever had an issue in a Hilton. I am a member and you should no this response from your front desk staff. Otherwise a good stay. Stewart Mason, never received a paid end of stay bill.
