Midway through our stay we found a cockroach in our room. We had to change rooms late at night and have all of our clothing laundered. Management did not compensate us for the unsanitary conditions and were rude. Do not let the exterior and beauty of the grounds fool you. This hotel is not clean. Go elsewhere!

We arrived and got checked into a room with no hot water. Our second room had ants everywhere from the dresser countertop to the bed. The third room had dirty bed sheets. We have never heard of anyone having to switch rooms four times, but this was a cluster of inconveniences and it really sucked the life out of our first day at Disney.

Stayed at this hotel multiple times and always our go to hotel when staying in Orlando. Close to everything and the hotel is fabulous! Has so much stuff to do and everyone is so friendly. Rooms are great and decent sized, perfect pricing as well for all that you get
