Typical La Quinta comfort.
While this hotel is older, it's clean and convenient. As typical for La Quinta, the bed is comfortable and the shower is great. I wish there was protein available for breakfast but the waffles are good.

We booked a room, specifying it was for 5 people and were given a room with 2 double beds and no option for a cot. The room itself smelled like old water damage and it had rust in the bathroom. The service was fine, no complaints, but it was hard to get over the smell.

Well, what I didn't like first: The bathroom was clogged or semi-clogged the entire stay despite being reported more than once. They should fumigate more often since we found several small cockroaches. Only one washer and dryer. What I liked: Good continental breakfast, Excellent location. I hope they can soon resolve what I didn't like since I understand that it is easy to resolve. So we can return on our next visit since we visit Orlando every 3 months to see our grandchildren.

Extremely bad experience
Extremely bad breakfast. There is only one lift and that too was not working. Imagine how difficult was it for me when I have to carry my heavy luggage's to 3rd floor using stairs. My mom is having severe knee issue and she can't take stairs everyday. So we have leave the hotel after one night only.

The concierge was very helpful and accommodating. Parking was easy to find. The breakfast that was offered was okay, but felt like something was missing. They had waffle makers, cereal, coffee, tea, bagels, muffins, juice, and fruit. The elevator was out of service and so we had to use the stairs. We had minimal luggage, so we didn't struggle much, but it could pose a problem for people with mobility issues.

Because the elevator is still broken everyone is on first floor which makes it super loud. Ice is on second floor, so you have to take a dirry, disgusting stairwell. Breakfast wasn't bad.

They property was okay, but the thing that ruined full enjoyment for me, was the fact that there was mold on the wall in the bathroom. As someone with allergies, it caused me discomfort with that being there. Other than that i had a nice stay.
