We liked that it had a full kitchen, laundry and it was close to shops and Disney. We disliked that the room was dated, some areas not clean and housekeeping was not included. When I was checking in; the staff person took a while to check me and was not warm and friendly.

We booked this property again for our fall Disney World vacation. Our July stay was very pleasant due to the cleanliness, quietness and ease of transportation to the parks via Uber. I initially choose this location because of the condo type accommodations and the pirate ship slide. The pool was great with the zero grade entry but the pirate ship slide has height and or age requirements. That was a little disappointing however I totally understand the reasoning for that once I went down it myself like a greased weiner on a bobslide run plunging into underwater at the end. Our four year old grandson was a very happy camper playing in the more shallow end with the umbrella fountains. Oh. There were ants at the pool on the cement. I'm kinda bug phobic so that was a little distracting. Otherwise our stay here was perfect.

The staff at the front desk was horrible. Communication was not good. Rooms were dirty and they did not have my room available for me when they were supposed to have it available. A major inconvenience.

Overall acceptable for the price but it could do with cleaning better and the hotel needs a refurbishment. Everything is scratched or looking worse for wear. Not enough hot water.
