I found the property to be well kept and clean friendly staff. The only recommendation I have is the pools open earlier and close . We really enjoyed our time there and will be back

This place was amazing. The cottage we stayed in was so nice and clean. Every room was in pristine condition. Hot tub is right outside the backdoor. Pool was with in walking distance and about 10 minutes from disney depending on which park you're visiting. At checkin the adults were all given a liquor based drink that was delicious. Kitchen and all the cookware and utensils were all clean and nicely put away. Definitely going to stay again!!!!

overall our stay was good. We spent half the day poolside. We ended up getting a cabana because the pool side chairs was not up to our standards. I'm happy we did because we got to really relax and enjoy our time and not over heat in the sun. It rained so we the pool ended up closing and we lost some hours but it was nice. Service was good a little slow but good. I think the pool should open up earlier that it did. Had breakfast at the fish place in the resort it was good as well. Will come back again.

Nice pool, limited services and they still charge resort fee each day, rooms are clean, bathrooms have large showers, separate toilets, lobby comfortable, you would think they would have great music, just the opposite, need help with live music lineups on the property, pool bands and lounge bands were not enjoyable

Great stay! So much to do that's within walking distance. The room was nice, the only thing we wished was the pool would stay open later than 9 pm I mean it is Margaritaville! Dakota the driver was the best!!!

No vip access! Hostile staff since the very beginning! Came to study for a major state exam and staff constantly knocking at the door , calling on phone when I beg them not to disturb me. No music is allowed anywhere in the proper unless it’s their own music on the low speakers. They search guests bags to enter pool and make the towels boys search thru your personal property without posting it anywhere. My wife had her personal property searched by towels boys n never asked what was they searching for. They don’t let anyone enter their pools without being searched. Feels like probation instead of vacation. I asked to be moved because of unpleasant neighbors. They sent us to a ground floor with no ac in the hallway, right next to a mechanical room and in between the exit stairwell and ice machine room. Balcony view was the bushes and dog feces all around us. At night by 9 pm they turned the sprinklers on and sprayed my wife and me with dirty water. I left my car in front for a few and returned with a sticky note in my windshield saying they were going to tow our vehicle. The next morning I did horrible at my state exam due to this inconvenience at my stay. They create FALSE ADVERTISING. Extremely expensive restaurant at the lobby with poor food. Made me park a block away and walk to the hotel with large amounts of books. Very bad experience we had at the stay! Never again will I even step close to such a horrible place!

No daily housekeeping. I did request service for the next morning and they did not come at the time I arranged with front desk. I had to go back later in the day ask for toilet paper and towels to again be sent to the room.

The room was excellent. It was better than we expected. I believe Expedia's VIP perks helped us the get a very nice room. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept up. What we didn't like were all the rules with signs reminding you of them at every turn. There where margheritaville quotes everywhere with rules under them. The pool area is closed off. It's a beautiful area, but you are forced to purchase overpriced, low quality, food and drink. The last day, we paid $85 for chicken tenders, fries, and 4 canned seltzers.

Our only issue with the pool it was closed because of lightning but even after the storm they didn’t reopen it Also closing the pool at 9pm during vacation season is a let down. Other than that employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and welcoming Great stay!!! Just would like to swim when it’s 93 plus degrees
