Just ok
The lobby is gorgeous. However, you're supposed to be given a welcome drink upon arrival and we did not experience that. I was told that it stops at 9:00 p.m. And we arrived prior to 9:00 p.m. And the next day when I went to ask about it, they said it doesn't start up again until 10:00 a.m. But I wasn't about to have a rum punch at 10:00 a.m. Plus we had plans. The room itself is a basic room. It's clean And comfortable. My reservation said I had a resort view and I actually had a parking lot view. For the price I paid, I don't think that it was worth it and the shuttle didn't seem to be working to take you to the area that had all of the food nearby. There weren't that many amenities to speak of that I saw readily implemented. I wanted to stay here for quite some time and it was a bit of a disappointment.

The service was horrible. We called customer service multiple times requesting 2 extra pillows and one blanket starting at 8 pm. The temperature controls in our room weren’t working. We had to call multiple times to request the blanket and pillows at one point was told the hotel doesn’t have extra pillows, and finally around midnight someone provided the requested items. Overall, really poor service. While the property looked pretty, the poor service will ensure that we will never stay there again.

The resort was beautiful and convenient but lacked security, in my opinion. Someone managed to take a dump and leave it right outside our door. Who knows how long it was there. We were on the ground floor and there was at least one entrance that could be accessed without a room card. The front desk worker was very apologetic when I brought it to their attention, but hearing from a manager would have set me more at ease on our 2nd night of the stay. For this reason, I would rather stay at another resort even if it cost more.

Staff not too friendly can only said the lady at the front desk at check in, was the only one. Either that that if you pass by other employees didn’t look at you or greet you not even say Hello. I was about to check out the same day at night, not too accesible to go to the parking with luggage with that many stairs every where. At check out try to call front desk service no one answered, I think they need more staff at the property and better customer service

Everything was amazing!! The only thing we didn’t like was there was no complementary morning coffee for the guests. Some resorts offer free coffee. Thank you.

Sunset walk was cool the pools and rooms were nice. Took 3 extra hours for room to be ready! Also the cleaning ladies were very loud every day. They would let the doors slam on therooms they were cleaning! I was annoying big time!!
