Overall, language barrier was disappointing since we couldn't get help for Spanish speakers, when we thought we found some one who might speak Spanish answer was negative; I hope that was true and not a racist behavior. room/ housekeeping was poor we request change of sheets never happened, bathroom was poorly cleaned. Not sure if I'll recommend.

My nieces and I weathered Hurricane Milton there and couldn't have felt more safe! The staff constantly communicated with us and were always concerned about our care and safety. The property was amazing! Our short stay and other plans didn't permit us to take advantage of the many amenities and activities. I'd definitely stay there again!!

The front desk even put balloons cookies and a card in our room surprised when we came back from magic kingdom! Highly recommend, kids friendly, family friendly! The have a large screen over the pool for Disney movies through the day! I will definitely be back next year… or sooner

Great hotel
The hotel was very nice. We were there because we were visiting with friends. Would stay again. Everything was clean. Property was well maintained even after a hurricane flew through the days prior.

For a premium hotel it was just average.. the grounds keepers do an amazing job, all the area surrounding the buildings were immaculate. The buildings themselves felt dated and run down. The room was clean enough and was nice. The internet service was very slow and there was very limited cell service, 1 bar with verizon most times. They did have several activities going on throughout our stay and have a calender to keep you notified of these events. The poolside movie theater was a nice touch. Overall this was just an average stay for me, i would likely try a different hotel when i return.

The staff at this resort was amazing. We were there during a hurricane and staff went above and beyond. Property is gorgeous and so big. 15-20 min to Disney parks. Highly recommend this resort. Definitely will be staying again.

Avoid vacation clubs
Nonstop badgering at check in to attend a meeting about signing up for a timeshare/vacation club situation. Would never had stayed here had I known. Advertised food deliveries from the resturants to condo, however service was unavailable each day. Bed comfortable. Room dated with too many coats of paint.
