Expedia rates this as 3.5. I would give it a 1.5. I have to seriously question if the reviews posted are legitimate. The pictures posted are misleading. The carpets throughout were downright filthy and worn out. The furniture was scarred. It was 40 degrees one night and our room had no heat. I asked the manager and was told this room had no heat. The fixtures in the bathroom sink were loose. I asked the manager about that and was told they are all like that and it can't be fixed. We went down for breakfast and was told the restaurant was closed just yesterday and will be closed until next year for renovations. The website says they have a restaurant and they have menu posted in the elevators. It would have been nice if they would have told their guests. This was probably our worst experience ever in a hotel. We spoke with another guest and they were equally not happy. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

This property was okay if you just need a place to sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming but the hotel is outdated carpets are extremely dirty. Not many charging spots for electronics or wheelchairs. The accessible room was okay but it was hard to fit the wheelchair between the beds

Nice looking place.you pull up to what looks like the front to check in and looks like it used to be.then have to walk through the whole building to the other end to check in.but check in was fast and easy.the parking was annoying had togo to end of the street to find the parking lot for the hotel in the back.not very close. Room is decent. Clean.coffee is horrible packets you make in the room.no coffee in the lobby.hotel halls are cold.door to go outside left open.

I love the location. They need to put body wash in the bathroom! But since I was only there for 1 day it was a in and out type of thing I didn’t stay at the hotel much. But other than that it was a great stay and I love the area

The were bugs in my room and the remote for the tv only worked to lower the volume. Bed was not very sturdy. Location outside was not bad just needs to do a better job cleaning the rooms and get rid of bugs
