Arrived a day late for my check in, only to find out my entire reservation was cancelled because of their policy. I made a new walk in reservation for the trip and was told by the front desk that I would be charged one night penalty for the cancelled trip. However expedia advised that they are not charging me in full for the initial reservation. This is absurd and front desk was not willing to help or let me speak to a manager Would never book with Marriott again.

Great family trip
Everything was family friendly and fun, the front desk staff was not friendly, helpful and was very slow. Slides were great and steakhouse staff and experience was fantastic.
