Stay was awesome. Little upset about upcharge and lack of basic math skills of person who checked us out. Audacity to argue without confirming on her end was the most upsetting. Overall a great stay and highly recommend.

Hotel is big, expect lots of walking. Room is good, clean and comfortable. Walked down the pool 10am in the morning, seeing centipede everywhere outside, pool side, really disgusting, staffs don’t care at all. They need to do something about it, it’s bad. Last day, my flight being delayed, so I ask for a delay check out, three hours for 100, OK. Additional fees, 50 for hotel services fees, and 33 for overnight parking. I won’t be back again, 300 per night I can find something cheaper and better.

Hotel was great except for the terrible keys that did not open the doors. Almost missed my flight due to 3 trips back and forth from room as the hotel key card would not unlock the door. Felt terrible and rushed on the check out day. I would not stay here again.

Had a great time at this resort. Restaurant prices are a little pricey as well as drink pricing but for the majority everything was fantastic. I would suggest staying in West Tower and Self Parking as you can park right outside your room. If you need help getting items out of your car and carried to your room, do that at check in at front lobby as they do not allow you to use the carts after you leave the front check in and they carts have to have a bellhop with them. They will carry your items to your room for you, you go park and your just go to your room where you will find your items placed. We were confused and did not do this correctly. We also had an issue where there valet system had a glitch and part of our groups cars were stuck in the valet abyss for over an hour not able to leave the premises, that is why I suggest self parking.
