Property was clean, comfy bed, great buffet breakfast. The shuttle to the parks isn’t the best, only runs at 10:50 and return at 5,1030. If staying for Disney I wouldn’t rely on the shuttle for transportation

Our room smelled strongly like mold and we asked if it would be possible to change the room to another. The staff were friendly and changed the room immediately which was nice. Unfortunately the second room smelled almost the same but we decided to stay as we planned to stay just one night. Air conditioner were quite loud and woke us up at night multiple times. Other than these it was ok but likely not coming back

Staff was professional, courteous and gave the "feel" of checking into a higher end hotel. Rooms were very well cleaned. Convenient location as we only needed a room to sleep while at Disney. Will definitely re-book.

I started here November 8-11,2024. This hotel was absolutely disgusting. They have a severe plumbing issue. I was moved to multiple rooms and neither bathtub drained nor toilet flushed! There rooms are unsanitary and non functional!

Overall stay was good except for the fact that they use a 3rd party shuttle for the theme parks and the times are not convenient to enjoy the theme parks. The instructions are confusing and times are highly inconvenient. A private shuttle would be nice.

There were ants crawling by the tv and no smoking sign. My phone wasn't charging instead it was eating my power that i had left on my phone. 😡 coffee maker is also where the arts were and i didn't have anything sticky. I've stayed here before and never had problems. Only gave me 2 breakfast cards when i had 3. Thankfully they gave me another one.

I recently stayed and had a good experience. It is family friendly setting. The location is ok but relatively far for most popular attractions so you need a car to move around. The place is surrounded with many great options for dining within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The rooms are always clean with fresh towels. Just AC is loud because it’s old and sometimes if you have young people staying close by on the same floor it is noisy because the set up is like a motel. The breakfast is great and the service is outstanding. Very hardworking staff who aim to make your visit pleasant and comfortable. Overall, it’s a decent budget option if you’re looking for place that offers cleanliness, safety, free breakfast, parking and shuttle service to the parks.

Not the best of welcomes by the receptionist to the point of sounding a little hostile. Coffee in dining area/ reception on arival was stewed. Nowhere near fresh. Receptionist wanted a credit card but failed to advisw us how much was placed on it and when we would get it back. Almost an air of mistrust of customer. Room 103 on ground floor was generally clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast. Chaotic!! Member of staff checking us in and needing two cards from us which the receptionist again failed to tell us about. There was a fairly wide selection of items available but quality not always there. Coffee again was undrinkable. When we left there was a queue out the door to be seated for breakfast. Breakfast was overun with children darting about, noise levels were too high. Would we recommend - DEFINITELY NOT
