The staff was wonderful! However, The rooms are extremely outdated. The TV remote only worked half the time and the TV wasn’t smart capable. The charge for parking on the property is outrageous. It cost $45 to valet park and $35 to self park… each day!

The hotel was very nice and clean. They had comfortable beds and nice linen. They did not have queen sized beds like advertised; they were full size. They also did not have a microwave. The food was actually reasonably priced and pretty decent. The pools were excellent. However, the hot tubs were not all turned on. The parking is not convenient at all. It is a very long walk. I would stay at Rosen Center for better parking options. The employees were not nice but not outright rude either. I would not stay again because of the parking.
