Exterior was well kept as well as pool area. Rooms were clean and had what you needed however interior room hallways needing upkeep as well as balcony’s. Not pleasing upon arrival after being in a lovely foyer entrance to then walk down run down halls. Carpet could be replaced but clean, and spacious overall. Dinning was too expensive as well as pool bar area, lower cost to prevent guests from eating out. Resort fee charged daily, not sure why.

I had a horrible stay. I should have went with another company when i caked to ask a simple question and was talked to very rudely. From no soap, to cligged toilets, to running out of goods, I was not happy with this hotel.

We returned to this hotel for the second time on this trip because of the good experience that we had last time in restaurants, breakfast, facilities, cleanness. But we found that was all circumstantial of the team who was working at that time. The experience this time was very bad to the extend that you call recipiention and guests services but they don't answer and i have to go to them to make my requests and setting up wake up calls but they call you 30 minutes late. And we find food on one of the beds and behind the TV cabinet from earlier guests. The AC in the bedroom is not cooling well that we have to keep the door open for the living room in order to make the room livable.

It was very easy to get from the airport! I didn’t like the wait,to get to my room. I wanted the rooms with family to be near by, they couldn’t do that. Personally staff at front desk could be nicer. I know they have a lot of ppl to get checked in. Another thing was that after I got checked in, they said I have to wait till rooms were ready. after 2 hours I asked for my room, and they said it was ready, I was upset , because if I didn’t check , I would of been waiting longer. This was my first time there, I had told the staff, it was annoying , because I couldn’t figure out how to get to my room and I told them that , and asked them could I get something closer, they said no. Ppl need to understand , clients don’t know the resort as well as staff. Bar waiter was good, excellent service on housekeeping . They were very polite, and answered my questions. Overall experience was great, I would luv to come back .

Not worth the price
Check in was smooth, but upon entering room provided it was not what we reserved. Had to go back to lobby and request change. Then got back to new room and it has handicap bathroom. Again not what reserved and manager did not do anything to accomodate or compensate was offered. Room was not up to par either, dirty in many areas. Definitely not worth a resort fee for no reason. Then parking have to pay extra daily for no reason. The meter is more of a headache than anything. They offer shuttle service but limited parks and locations. Will not stay here again, and would not recommend it either.
