There’s a bunch of undisclosed fees. Parking is not included. Additionally forced to pay resort fee even if you don’t use any of the resort amenities. This was disclosed to us upon arrival. Had we know during booking through Expedia, we’d go elsewhere.

The Sheraton Orlando at LBV has been in the community for decades. The property is maintained well but what really shines about this hotel is their staff. They go above and beyond in the hospitality department and they are welcoming and very kind. The AC/Heating unit in my room was older so the front cover kept falling off, the staff fixed it quickly but it continued to fall off. The toilet stopper needed replacing so the toilet just constantly ran. It's minor things like that and among the plethora of hotels in the Disney area, it's too easy to find another hotel on Disney property that has a comparable price.

There is a charge for parking, resort fee, you named it. Breakfast for $26 per person which I think it is too much for what it is served. Same breakfast you will get at other hotels that have this service included. It says it provides transportation to the parks but when you get there, it is very limited and at inconvenience times.

The bed was comfortable. The pool area was so relaxing. However, wishing that the walls would have noise cancellation. Every night, we couldn’t sleep well because we always heard the noise from the other room.

The hotel itself is fine if you are just passing through the area and looking for a place to stay. However, if you are intending to visit any of the theme parks in the area then there are some things you should know. I was not able to use the shuttles to Disney properties because: (1) The shuttles are on a fixed schedule with extremely limited transits. Most parks only have a single outbound shuttle at a fixed time, and a single inbound shuttle, also at a fixed time. Some parks only have 1-way service, so you have to arrange your own transport the other direction anyway. (2) The window of time to see the park seems impractically short on these fixed schedules. Almost all the shuttle travel is between 8 AM and 5 PM, however they aren't spaced like you would expect where all the departures are near 8 AM and all the arrivals are near 5 PM. Instead they times are spaced roughly evenly over the service interval, so one at 8 AM, another at 9 AM, another at 10 AM, etc. All of these are fixed destination paths, so you might get lucky and the park you want to go to has 8 AM service, or you might get unlucky and its the 11 AM service. In summary, it's a fine hotel if you are just passing through the area, but it's not the best choice if your objective is to see the theme parks.

Short-staffing at front desk lead to really long wait to check-out; and once at the desk, the agent was not personable, with no customer service skills. Observed two different families needing room cards re-keyed so those patrons were inconvenienced so be prepared for that potential. Also, we were unable to take advantage of any of the things that come along with the resort fee because the shuttle to Magic Kingdom started too late in the morning. Suggestion is for the shuttle service schedule be moved one hour earlier. Additionally, be aware that for some unknown reason, they blocked us from using our $10 resort credit because it was on the day of check-out. That makes no sense!

They dont clean your room,they have hidden fees, will charge you for car parking and other things,drinks are extremely expensive so is the food

Safe area, relaxing and friendly staff. However, there was a fee I didn’t know about upon arrival and check-in/out times weren’t negotiable, which made it a bit more stressful after a very long travel day.

Someone charged my card $78 for food when I wasn’t at the hotel and at Disney for the entire day. I strongly recommend better security systems in terms of better securing guest personal information. Not sure how this even happened. I had a nice time, but this ruined my time at the end of my trip.

Did not even check in! We left!
The lobby was gross. Our room was not even ready at 4pm and the manager wasn’t even able to tell us when it would be. When we did get our room, we first went to see it. It was disgusting and dirty. A real motel type place. Not Sheraton standards! We checked out right away and found another place nearby to stay. The Royal Caribe Orlando which was phenomenal for a few dollars more. The hotel manager , in addition , was rude and arrogant.
