I had a room with roaches and bed bugs , the supervisor from cleaning services treat me really bad , i showed pictures of everything and she told me on my face that it was not a bed bug and went straight to my room without permission and when i walked in my room was a mess the beds where all over the room and they were saying that there were no bed bugs . So i spoke with the manager and told about the situation and he resolved the problem but it was a horrible experience that room 125 was a totally mess . Duty , bad smell , roaches , bed bugs . I wastey money on this supposedly quality in.

Pior hotel que já me hospedei
Péssima estadia. Ao chegarmos, fomos atendidos por uma funcionária extremamente mal educada que sequer olha na nossa cara, fazia caretas e nos ignorava. Ao entrar no quarto, ele estava sujo, mal cheiroso, várias coisas quebradas. O telefone estava caído atrás da cama, desplugado, ralo da banheira quebrado, o carpete parece que não era lavado há muitos anos. Após 2 dias conseguimos trocar de quarto para outro menos pior mas com carpete e sofá muito manchados. Pela manhã o hotel retira as toalhas pra lavar e devolve no meio da tarde (não da pra tomar banho nesse período). Todos os dias (ficamos 15) tivemos que pedir por toalhas pois sempre deixavam faltando. A geladeira estava congelando tudo dentro, 2 latas explodiram, e o termostato estava quebrado. O elevador em péssimo estado de conservação. Café da manhã com poucas opções, em ambiente sem refrigeração, quartos sem ventilação, teto baixo, tudo é ruim nesse lugar. As únicas coisas boas são a localização e o chuveiro. Foi o pior hotel que já fiquei em toda minha vida, e é uma pena pois ele é super bem localizado e tem tudo para ser um bom hotel, mas é totalmente abandonado.

An older property which has not been maintained. The room was dingy, the bathroom had black mold around the rim of the tub, the shower diverted valve was so corroded it was stuck in the “shower” setting, the sink and counter were partially detached from the wall … this property’s only redeeming attribute was that it was not very expensive.
