This is not a fancy hotel by any stretch of the imagination but it was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, basic necessities were provided (besides the broken or empty ice machine), and the location is prime. The pool area was nice and the jacuzzi was hot and in working condition. Over all a very pleasant casual stay, a good value for the cost, and would absolutely stay again.

There was a lot of renovation going on, but the large dumpster outside my room left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was disappointing.The room was comfortable and there are a lot of dining options nearby.

So they don't clean unless you ask and they act as if that's a bother. They take your dirty rags and towels but never replace them fully. I has to keep going to front desk ro ask or take towels from pool area. They are doing construction and renovation but you don't find that out till after you book and get there. They charge resort fees with no resort Amenities. The business center is a joke since it's just a counter. And the ac stop working twice. And eventually had to be replaced. And the staff is untrained and unprofessional. Especially the two youngest female workers.And to top ot off. I paid for room and then was told I can't stay

I was hesitant about this hotel because of the bad reviews but our room was beautiful and very clean! The only downside was the bed was not very comfortable. However that wasn’t too much of a problem because we were not staying more than two nights.

Room was paid for in advance my flight was delayed so I called the hotel to inform them they added one of my guests to the reservation that arrived before me when they got there to check in No rooms were available spoke to Gladys at the front desk and she hung up the phone on me after she being the staff I had spoken to earlier that day and she said there was nothing she could do. I pleaded with her to allow me to speak with Management she placed me on hold 4 times and still no management we were very tired because we are unfortunately victims of the Hurricane 🌀 and this place didn't care
