Typical APA: good location, all the needed services are available (convenient store, laundry, hot bath, luggage delivery, crowded elevators, staff using the google translate to communicate with you, etc), same small rooms with all relevant facilities. Overall - good place for short term stay

This hotel was very nice and felt very luxurious for a reasonable price. The rooms were very clean and the largest we have had during our trip to Japan. The bed was so very comfortable and the softest bed we had in Japan. The staff was very helpful and nice. The skyspa was nice and large with a pool inside and outside with lots of shower spaces and a dry sauna. I did expect to have a view from the spa but the glass is frosted so you have to stand to just see out over the city. But they had all the expected spa amenities! It can get quite crowded in the spa in the evening.

Great location close to subway and JR trains. Also one block away from airport bus pick up. Hotel is in Umeda district, if you like shopping, this is the place to stay. Staff are friendly and seek to help you if you have a “lost” look. Highly recommend.
