Room was very dirty. Could not step on carpet barefoot the first day as our feet would get coated in dirt. The bathroom and the sink was also dirty. Had dried toothpaste. The mini fridge had so much crumbs in it as well. The housekeeper did come in the 2nd day and vacuum and wiped some stuff down. Which helped. The water had a horrible mildewy moldy smell to it both in the sink and the shower. The wall had several weird spots and sheets were stained. Overall wasn't the worst but could definitely tell our room had not been properly cleaned prior to our stay. Breakfast options limited but were doable. My friends and I also all woke up severely congested each morning we stayed.

This place was surprisingly great. The staff was amazing they helped us with everything we needed. It is a little bit older but the room was clean the bathroom was clean and every day they cleaned it. If you need a place to stay I would stay there again. They do have some bad reviews with the room I had 204 was great thank you again

The room is stuffy and has really bad smell. They use strong perfume to hide the smell but it doesn't help.

The beds were clean and comfortable. There were quite a few cobwebs in the corners even toward the floor where they could be easily cleaned off. All i needed was a place to spend the night that would allow my dog. Pet fee was only 15.00 so that was reasonable. The room served its purpose.

I did not get Expedia price they charged me twice for room said I would have to wait on credit card to refund. Very disappointing first trip with Expedia very poor service all around would not stay here again

Told desk clerk was driving longgg hrs. Was put in room that I believe was only working room available on 1st floor. As I went in hallway to rm Lots rehab going on in rms all around the one I was put in 😭 so went back to her and stressed I couldn’t stay in there Definitely wouldn’t go sleep. She tried to still keep me there. She said there was No kings left only doubles so I told her give me that I’m only gonna sleep in one darn bed!! at that point I was ready to go elsewhere! But she pulled up another king and was put down at other end of workers and that was at 1030 Pm.. my husband and I have stayed here Several times no issues and YES we still will stay there again it is a clean/friendly place usually no issues. I still rate them 10 plus tho
