Pool and hot tub was not working at the time of staying. Bed framing was broke. It made a terrible noise. And rough towels. Beds were ok. Just not what i expected for the price.

The pool was closed, I guess because of the construction outside. The bathroom drain had a big ball of hair on drain. The bathroom door is a finger pinching hazard. The Continental breakfast was not managed very well and the front desk attendants didn’t greet people coming in and out. I also have 2 separate charges that there is no explanation for

The room I booked was not the room I was assigned and they were sold out so I wasn’t able to make the change. The room was also dirty and the linens were all ripped.

Excellent staff! Friendly, helpful, competent and quick. The breakfast was one of the best Holiday Inn Express breakfasts I've had. And Holiday Inn Express tends to do a pretty good job.

Nice, clean hotel in a nice area. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low and there were no bags in the room for dirty laundry. Other than that, the hotel gets a thumbs up.
